I am writing to thank you for the service that you and your crew provided to me in insulating my house with Icynene Spray Foam Insulation. You have been patient in answering my numerous questions, and you thoroughly educated me as to the merits of your product. You started the job on the date that you promised to do so, and you accurately estimated the time that was required to finish your work. Your crew was polite, clean, responsive to my requests, and courteous to me and my family. The benefits of Icynene Insulation are already apparent. Although the HVAC is not yet operational, the house retains heat generated by a portable construction heater. Additionally, the sound attenuating qualities are immediately evident as anyone enters the house. Additionally, we do not have to contend with airborne particulate that is attendant to fiberglass insulation.
